This is not specific to the garbage bags of Kirkland, but I think that most of each plastic bag is much the same:

As garbage bags
Garbage bags are low-density polyethylene, which was invented in 1942. Low Density Polyethylene is flexible, elastic, water and air analysis. Polyethylene comes in the form of granules or small accounts. Through a process called extrusion, the grains are hard bags.
The accounts of the hard polyethylene is heated to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. The molten polyethylene subjected to high pressure and with active ingredients that provide color and flexible mixed plastics. Prepared in polyethylene bags in a long tube which is cooled blown, broken, cutthe duration of any law, and closed at one end of a garbage bag.
